Thank you for choosing ANO SEO. This policy outlines our procedures regarding cancellation and refunds for subscriptions to our Service. We strive to provide clear and fair policies while maintaining sustainable business practices.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

1.1 Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions to our Service are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by accessing your account settings within the Service or by contacting our customer support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of that period.

1.2 Refunds

We do not provide refunds for monthly subscriptions, regardless of the cancellation date. This policy applies because monthly subscriptions provide immediate access to the Service, and cancellation prevents future charges while allowing you to use the Service for the remainder of the paid period.

1.3 Prorated Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Once a monthly subscription fee has been charged, it is non-refundable.

2. Annual Subscriptions

2.1 Cancellation

Annual subscriptions to our Service are billed upfront for the entire subscription period (12 months). You may cancel your annual subscription at any time by accessing your account settings within the Service or by contacting our customer support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds for annual subscriptions will be provided if the subscription is cancelled within 7 days of the initial purchase date. This 7-day period is calculated from the date of the original subscription purchase, not from any renewal date. After this 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions, except as provided in Section 5 (Exceptions).

2.3 Prorated Refunds

Annual subscriptions cancelled within the 7-day refund window will receive a full refund. Annual subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day period are not eligible for prorated refunds for unused portions of the subscription period.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Request Submission

To request a refund for an eligible annual subscription, please contact our customer support team at support@anoseo.com. You must provide the following information: your account email address, the date of purchase, the subscription plan, and the reason for cancellation. We may request additional information to verify your identity and process your refund.

3.2 Refund Review

All refund requests are subject to review to ensure they meet our refund policy criteria. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

3.3 Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

3.4 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method, subject to verification of your identity and ownership of the account.

4. Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades

4.1 Upgrades

If you upgrade your subscription to a higher tier, the upgrade will take effect immediately. The difference in price will be prorated based on the remaining time in your current billing period. Upgrades are non-refundable, but you may downgrade at the end of your current billing period.

4.2 Downgrades

If you downgrade your subscription to a lower tier, the downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your current tier's features until the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for downgrades.

5. Exceptions

5.1 Technical Issues

In the event of significant technical issues or service disruptions that substantially impact your ability to use the Service for an extended period (more than 48 hours), we may consider providing a refund or service credit on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible, you must report the technical issue to our support team within 7 days of the occurrence.

5.2 Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if a billing error is confirmed, we will provide a full refund or credit for the incorrect charge.

5.3 Duplicate Charges

If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and provide a full refund for any duplicate charges.

5.4 Service Discontinuation

In the unlikely event that we discontinue the Service, we will provide prorated refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions will not be charged for future billing periods after service discontinuation.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

6.1 Consumed Credits

Credits that have been used or consumed are non-refundable. Once credits are used for content generation, SEO analysis, or other Service features, they cannot be refunded.

6.2 Add-On Purchases

Separate purchases of additional credits, add-on features, or one-time services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

6.3 Promotional Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased at promotional or discounted rates are subject to the same refund policies as regular subscriptions, unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues, as we are typically able to resolve concerns more quickly and effectively than through chargeback procedures.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through a notice on our Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with this policy.
