ANO SEO provides users with comprehensive SEO tools and services, including but not limited to: website performance monitoring through Google Search Console integration, AI-powered content generation, SEO analysis and recommendations, website auditing, traffic analytics, sitemap management, and LLM protection services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different tiers offering varying levels of access and features.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

This includes but is not limited to: generating content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights; creating content that is defamatory, libelous, or violates privacy rights; or using the Service to facilitate any illegal activity.
You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service; using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization; overloading, flooding, or spamming the Service; or engaging in any activity that may negatively affect the performance or availability of the Service for other users.
When using our AI-powered content generation features, you agree not to generate content that is: unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable; violates any third-party rights including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code; or is designed to deceive, mislead, or defraud others.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our express written permission. Commercial use of generated content is permitted subject to these Terms and applicable subscription tier limitations.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis with different plans offering varying features and usage limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by you during registration or plan upgrade.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Paddle, RevenueCat). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and up to date.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent renewal periods. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes.
Refund policies are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Generally, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, while annual subscriptions may be eligible for refunds within 7 days of purchase, subject to the terms outlined in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by you. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Different actions consume different amounts of credits. Credits are allocated based on your subscription tier and may be purchased separately if available.
Your subscription tier determines your credit allocation and usage limits. Exceeding your credit allocation may result in service limitations or require upgrading your subscription tier.
Credits may expire according to the terms of your subscription plan. Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods unless explicitly stated in your subscription terms.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, and software code, are the exclusive property of ANO SEO or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, subject to these Terms. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
By uploading, submitting, or creating content through the Service, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content as necessary to provide the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant such license.
You may not use our trademarks, service marks, or logos without our prior written consent. All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners.
The Service integrates with Google Search Console. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access and use your Search Console data in accordance with Google's API Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect your Google account at any time.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
If you access our Service through an API, you agree to comply with any applicable API usage limits and terms. Excessive API usage may result in rate limiting or suspension of API access.

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANO SEO, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and associated data, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ANO SEO is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration organization, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by: (a) posting the updated Terms on this page with a new 'Last Updated' date; and/or (b) sending you an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may discontinue use of the Service and terminate your account.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ANO SEO regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms or our rights and obligations hereunder without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet or telecommunications failures.
